As a school counselor in Lexington, Dr. Shavers facilitated support groups for METCO students and students of color and co-developed a K–5 anti-racism curriculum.

Jhaizer will study Human Physiology with aspirations to pursue a career in the medical field, and Jhainier plans to study sports journalism.
