Autumn joined METCO Inc. in 2024 as the Enrollment and Outreach Coordinator. A first-generation college graduate from UMass Boston with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance, Autumn brings a unique perspective to her work. Having attended 10 different schools across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Georgia during her K-12 years, she understands firsthand what it means to navigate multiple educational environments. This personal experience informs her commitment to supporting families through the enrollment process and removing barriers to access.

Throughout her career, Autumn has been driven by a passion for racial justice and educational equity. In her role at METCO, she works closely with district directors to identify seat availability, supports families through the application process, and hosts virtual information sessions that introduce METCO's mission and history. She believes strongly in ensuring equitable access to quality educational opportunities for all students and families.

Autumn is currently pursuing her Ed.M. at Harvard Graduate School of Education in the Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship Program with a concentration in Identity, Power, and Justice in Education. In this role and beyond, she remains committed to understanding and advancing systemic change in education.

Beyond her work at METCO, Autumn serves as an active board member for Una Vision Childcare. In her free time, she enjoys reading, discovering new music, and reflecting on how we can build more equitable systems together.
