Naïkey Lenescat
Marketing Coordinator
617-427-1545 ext. 122
Born in Haiti and raised as a first-generation Haitian American, Naikey Lenescat learned early how to navigate different worlds—a perspective that now shapes the way she approaches storytelling, creativity, and community. As the middle child, she often found herself somewhere in between: observing, connecting, and finding creative ways to make her voice heard.
Her connection to METCO began years before she ever worked here. Naikey attended church with the executive assistant to METCO trailblazer Jean McGuire, who rarely missed an opportunity to talk about METCO and its impact. Those stories stayed with her, and when the opportunity to join METCO finally opened, it felt like a full-circle moment.
Today, Naikey brings her background in strategic marketing communications, branding, graphic design, and storytelling to METCO. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Media Communications and Graphic Design from Salem State University and a master’s degree in Strategic Marketing Communications from Emerson College. Beyond METCO, she is the founder of boutique marketing agency Innovare Branding and host of the faith-based podcast Called to Create—all extensions of her belief that creativity is most powerful when it helps people and organizations tell stories that matter.
